1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet the needs of our customers. Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery address, the shipping method selected, and the availability of the items ordered.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day (available for select locations and orders placed by 12:00 PM EST)
Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:
- Delivery address
- Shipping method selected
- Size and weight of the products in your order
For orders over a certain amount, you may qualify for free shipping. This promotion will be displayed at checkout if applicable.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on a Friday or during weekends will be processed on the next business day (Monday). If there are any delays in processing, we will notify you via email.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also track your order directly on our website by logging into your account and checking your order status.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing. In these cases, we will do our best to notify you of any delays that might affect your delivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or if it is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@newsxtop.com or (270) 469-1211. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it. For damaged goods, please keep the original packaging and take photos of the damage as evidence.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If you realize that your shipping information is incorrect after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible to correct it.
9. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we only support shipping to one address per order. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
